Karissa Anne Lewis, 20, passed away Dec. 6, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Karissa was born in Ventura County, Calif., July 17, 1992, to Diana Belinda Lewis.
Karissa was a 2010 graduate of Clayton High School.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Garner officiating. Interment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, Karissa is survived by her daughter, Karson Elisabeth Sawkiw; sister, Allyssa Lewis; brothers, Matthew Henry and David Ray Muir; grandmother, Anna Lewis; uncle, William Lewis; uncle, Ricky Cassidy; and boyfriend, Zachary Chance Carter.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home
