Aimee Teresa Bass Williams, 52, of 702 S. Audubon Ave. died Saturday in Vidant Care Hospital, Greenville.
Aimee was born Dec. 13, 1949, to James Charles Bass and Margie Faye Dickerson Bass in Wayne County.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in the James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery.
In death she was preceded by her parents, James Charles Bass and Margie Faye Dickerson Bass, one brother and a sister.
Loving memories are cherished by her husband, Daniel Williams of the home; sons, Montre Devone Bass and Mario Dantoni Bass of Woodbridge, Va.; stepdaughters, LaShonda Battle of Goldsboro and LaKeisha Newman of Manassas, Va.; seven brothers and two sisters; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 until 7:45 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 6:45 until 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends at other times at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
