AMELIA B. MILLARD

Amelia "Mimi" Banks Millard, 74, of the Rosewood Community passed away Monday at home.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Pine Forest United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 until 2:45 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Millard was born on Jan. 17, 1938, to the late Phillip Edward Banks Sr. and Ida Lee Hudgins Banks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Millard Jr.; a son, Steven Hinson Millard; a daughter, Catherine Gayle Millard and a brother, Phillip E. Banks Jr. "Buddy."
She is survived by three sons, Mike Millard and wife, Connie of Goldsboro, Phil Millard and wife, Heather of Goldsboro and Charles Millard and wife, Lisa of Goldsboro; one sister, Phyllis Banks Gurley of Goldsboro; and six grandchildren.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
