ALBERTSON -- Mary Elaine Rose, 66, 591 Coy Smith Road, died Saturday at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville.
Funeral will be Thursday at noon at United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle in Kinston. Burial will be in Boney Family Cemetery in Sarecta.
She was born March 13, 1946, to John Henry Mitchell and Harriett Mitchell in Duplin County. She was married to late Tommy Rose.
She is survived by three children and a stepson.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
