Jean Spivey, 67, died Thursday.
Services were held Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at 11 a.m. at West and Dunn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Scott Betts officiating. Interment was at Spivey Family Cemetery, Sanford, at 2 p.m.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Lester Spivey; sons, Martin and Susan Cox of Ormond Beach, Fla., and Ken and Jayne Cox of Radford, Va.; mother, Margie Warwick of Goldsboro; stepdaughters, Jennifer Spivey of Dunn and Suzanne Jackson and husband, Mike, of Dunn; sister, Barbara Wright; brother, Phillip Holland of Roanoke, Va.; special friend, Lizzie Ann Spivey; and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
