PAULINE L. WIGGINS

Pauline Langston Daniels Wiggins, 94, passed away Saturday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Willoughby officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Cullen and Minnie Pike Langston and wife of the late Willie Wiggins and Luther Daniels.

Pauline was the oldest attending member of Emmaus Baptist Church and a member of the Johnny Sasser Sunday School class.

She is survived by three stepsons, James Wiggins and wife, Gloria, of Goldsboro, Dick Daniels of Dudley, and L.J. Daniels of Concord; three stepdaughters, Doris Daniels of Mount Olive, Joyce Rhodes and husband, Dan, of Nahunta, and Betty Daughtry of Goldsboro; a nephew, George Barnes, of Aiken, S.C.; her special family, Ray and Doris Boyette of Goldsboro, and the staff and friends of Woodard's Care; an "adopted" daughter, Joyce M. Barnes of Goldsboro; a special "adopted" granddaughter, Teressa Mills of Goldsboro; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Emmaus Baptist Church, 700 Emmaus Church Road, Dudley, NC 28333.
