WARSAW -- Deacon John Robert Miller, 80, of 305 Sam Miller Road, died Saturday at his home.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Missionary Baptist Church, 243 N. Church St., Kenansville, with the Rev. Cornelius Moore officiating. He will be entombed at Devotional Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 1 until 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
He was born in Duplin County to the late James Samuel Miller and Annie Mae McArthur. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Carroll Miller, of the home, and his children.
