PIKEVILLE -- Robbie Earl Mitchell, 31, departed this walk this life Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He graduated from Goldsboro High School class of 1999.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park North.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Belinda Houston Mitchell of Pikeville; three brothers, Rob Mitchell of Greensboro, Rico Mitchell of Goldsboro and Reno Mitchell of Raleigh; a sister, Rinada Mitchell of Pikeville; and a host of other relatives and close friends.
He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Cquashanda Laquan Mitchell, better known as "Princess."
Viewing will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro, with the family present from 6 until 7 p.m.
