HAVELOCK -- John Owen Rackley, 83, died Tuesday at Carolina East Hospice Care Center in Kenansville.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Fussell Cemetery.
He was born June 20, 1929, in Duplin County to the late John F. Rackley and Daisy Teachey Rackley. He was married to the late Dorothy Bowden Rackley.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 7:30 at Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
