LaGRANGE -- Betty Rose Sutton Herring, 77, of LaGrange, died Saturday at her home.
A service of remembrance will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Stacy officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Betty Rose was born in Lenoir County to the late Finley and Eliza Creech Sutton.
She is survived by her husband, David C. Herring Sr.; and two children.
The family will receive friends today from 3 until 5 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, and at other times they will be at the home.
