LOUISE P. SUTTON

LAGRANGE -- Louise Pelletier Sutton, 91, LaGrange, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2011.
Louise was born July 3, 1920, in Lenoir County to the late William Thomas Pelletier and Cora Hughes Pelletier.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Josiah Sutton.
She enjoyed sewing, and was well known for her handmade doll clothing. Louise enjoyed working with flowers, and had a special love for her pets.
A service of remembrance will be held Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home. Interment will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sutton Family Cemetery.
Louise is survived by her son, Gordon "Rock" Sutton and wife, Connie, of LaGrange; two grandchildren, Carla S. Wade and husband, Fred, of LaGrange and Stephen Hardy Sutton of LaGrange; three great-grandchildren, Tyler Boone, Dylan Wade and Abigail Sutton; six sisters, Katrine Wade of LaGrange, Cora Hope Edwards of LaGrange, Julia Daniels of LaGrange, Willa Gray of LaGrange, Linda Goodwin of Goldsboro and Sara Woodard of LaGrange; aunt, Helen Pelletier of LaGrange; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service, and at other times they will be at the home.
