DUDLEY -- Ricky Eugene Summerlin, 52, 116 Fulton Road, a plumber, passed away Saturday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive, officiated by the Rev. Robert Overton and the Rev. Tim Strickland, with visitation following.
At other times, the family will be at the residence.
The burial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Park.
Ricky is survived by his parents, George and Kathleen Overton Summerlin of the home; his maternal grandmother, Martha Overton of Mount Olive; two brothers, George Ray Summerlin of Dudley and Ronald Lynn Summerlin and wife, Fran, of Goldsboro; a special friend, Diane Kennedy of Goldsboro; three nieces and a nephew, Stacey Capps, Sarah Summerlin, April Summerlin and Joshua Summerlin; and a great-nephew, Tyler Summerlin.
