THADDEUS ETHRIDGE LANGSTON

Mr. Thaddeus Ethridge Langston, formerly of Wayne County and age 58, lovingly known by his family and friends as "Thad" of 4921 Seminary Road, Alexandria, Va., departed his earthly life on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, at Capital Caring Center, Alexandria, Va.
"Thad" was born in Wayne County on Aug. 31, 1953, to the living Bessie Langston and the late James Ethridge. He was educated in the public school system.
Memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, with Pastor Linda F. Sauls officiating.
"Thad" leaves to cherish his sweet and loving memories his wife, Sharon G. Langston; one son, Thaddeus Jamal Langston; one daughter, Melissa D. Green all of the home; his mother, Bessie L. Ethridge of Goldsboro, N.C.; one sister, Brenda A. Ethridge and one brother, Warren J. Ethridge both of Goldsboro, N.C.; one aunt, Polly Williams of Goldsboro, N.C.; two nephews, Sakima Ethridge and Robert Coates II, both of Goldsboro, N.C.; one niece, Allena S. Coley of Goldsboro, N.C.; a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the residence of his mother, Mrs. Bessie Langston, 800 N. Madison Ave., Goldsboro, N.C. where they will also assemble Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, at 9:45 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
