Annette Paschal Caulk, 76, died Sunday at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by her funeral at 11 a.m. in the chapel, with pastor Bill Rose officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
She was born in Wayne County Aug. 14, 1934, to the late John Ansel Paschal and Bessie Cora Faucette Pascal. She was married to the late James Earl Caulk.
