Annette Paschal Caulk, 76, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011, at Mount Olive Care and Rehab in Mount Olive.

Annette was born in Wayne County Aug. 14, 1934, to the late John Ansel Paschal and Bessie Cora Faucette Pascal. She was married to the late James Earl Caulk.

Annette was a member of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by her funeral service at 11 a.m. in the chapel, with Pastor Bill Rose officiating. The interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Annette is survived by her daughter, Susan Annette Crawford and husband, Thomas, of Surf City; her sons, David J. Sasser and wife, Twilla, of Keizer, Ore., and Michael Randolph Caulk and wife, Ellen, of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Christy Lynne Wagner Cook and husband, Keith, of Rocky Mount, Dustin Andrew Wagner of Surf City, Christopher Michael Caulk of Goldsboro, Tonja Walls and husband, William, of Keizer, Ore., Charles Sasser and wife, Tiffanni, of Keizer, Ore., and Dan Sasser and wife, Ariel, of Gladstone, Ore.; her great-grandchildren, Lainy and Charlotte Cook, Wyatt and Shania Walls, Shaylee and Aubree Sasser; a new Walls baby due in November; her sisters, Jyme Hare of Rhode Island, Betty Grantham of Grantham, Gayle Shirley of Smithfield and Ellen Alberti of Georgia.
