Hattie West, 87, 3502 Central Heights Road, died Saturday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at First Assembly of God in Goldsboro. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. West was born July 4, 1923, to the late James and Lola Bell Stevens Powell. She was married to Jaither West.
She is survived by two sons and three daughters.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
