Winnie Glisson Warrick Gurganus, 78, died Sunday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 6 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro, with visitation afterward. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.
She was born April 29, 1932, to the late John and Ethel Casey Glisson.
She is survived by five sons and two daughters.
The family will receive friends other times at the home of her son, Kenneth (Tina) Warrick, 101 Waynewood Place in Goldsboro.
