Lawyer J. Whitaker, 57, 1108 Elanor Ave., passed this morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Among his survivors are his wife, elder Vivian Whitaker, and two sons, evangelist Abdullah Whitaker and Carlos Wooten.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
A sympathetic and dignified service entrusted to Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
