Aline Best Johnson, 79, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A private service will be held for the family. Burial will be held at a later date.
She was born Nov. 30, 1931, to the late James Edward Best and Josie Jones Best.
She was retired from Franklin Bakery Co.
Aline is survived by her son, Glenn Johnson and wife, Sally, of Goldsboro; a daughter, Sandra Hollingsworth of LaGrange; three brothers, William D. Best (Carolyn), Paul D. Best and Dennis R. Best; two sisters, Evelyn Robinson (Joseph) and Christine Sanderson; and three grandchildren, Katherine Johnson, Crystal Hollingsworth and Lisa Hollingsworth.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Earl Best, and a grandson, Matthew Johnson.
