JoAnn Wells Baker, 51, of Fremont Rest Center, 300 S. Vance St., Fremont, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., and burial will follow at Old Mill Cemetery. Pastor Anthony Flow will officiate.
A public viewing will be today from 5 until 8 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel. At other times, the family will meet at 148, E. Nelson St., Mount Olive, where they will also assemble one hour prior to the service in preparation for the procession.
