Ellen Lee Lovelace Warren, 86, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Lee was born in Wayne County March 15, 1924, to the late Oscar Newton Lovelace and Sally Powell Lovelace.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Willow Dale Cemetery.
Lee is survived by her sons, Edward R. Warren III and wife, Kay, of Wrightsville Beach and William Lovelace Warren and wife, Lucy, of Goldsboro; her brother, Oscar Newton Lovelace Jr. of Goldsboro; her five grandchildren, Ward Warren and wife, Katie, Paul Warren and wife, Kathleen, Willis Warren and wife, Millie, Ellen Grisette and husband, Layton, and Jennifer Warren; and her three great-grandchildren, Mabry Warren, Ned Warren and Lucy Pons Grisette.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. "Red" Warren Jr., and her son, David Wesley Warren.
