VICTORIA REEVES BASS

EUREKA -- Victoria Reeves Bass, 79, Eureka, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at 6 p.m. from the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont, with visitation afterwards. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Bass was born in Greene County July 13, 1931, to the late Henry and Tinnie Ginn Reeves.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Edmundson and husband, Phil, of Pikeville and Vicky Spence and husband, Ed, of Eureka; four grandchildren, Jennifer Spencer and husband, Craig, Ashley Edmundson and fiance´, Josh Pate, Matt Spence and wife, Alexis, and Will Spence; and two great-grandchildren, Drew and Jones Spencer.
Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Bass Jr.; three brothers, Luther, Albert and Aubrey Reeves; and a sister, Anna Belle Teacher.
The family will receive friends other times at 350 Davis Street extension in Eureka.
