Michael Barber 38, 1031 Lincoln Drive, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at St. John Free Will Baptist Church in Blount's Creek. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
He was born in Aurora, son of Linda Banks and Roy Rogers Barber. He was the stepson of Preston Banks.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at E.M. Matthews funeral home and Cremations Inc.
The family will receive friends at the home, where they will also assemble for the funeral cortège.
