A celebration of life for Mother Elizabeth Spencer, 77, of 929B Hugh St., who died Thursday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Pastor James Collins will be the eulogist. She will be laid to rest in the Stevens Chapel Cemetery on Old Grantham Road.
She was born May 20, 1933, to the late Gus and Alice Spencer. She is survived by three children.
There will be a viewing held Saturday at the Rhodes Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m.
Arrangements are being handled by Rhodes Funeral Home, Goldsboro.
