LAGRANGE -- Lois DeLena Hughes Baker, 78, 216 W. Washington St., died Monday at her home following a battle with cancer.
The funeral service, conducted by the Rev. K. L. Buffaloe and the Rev. R. Norman Evans of New Bern, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Antioch Presbyterian Church in Goldsboro. Burial will be in Progressive Church Cemetery of Princeton.
She was a native of New Bern, born Jan. 25, 1931, the daughter of the late Wilber and Lois Hughes.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, the Rev. John Lewis Baker, and a son.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton.
