Baby Miracle Nicole Simmons, 2 months old, is safe in the arms of Jesus. Miracle joined the Heavenly host of angels Monday at her home, 301 S. Virginia St.
A special service to remember the days of her life will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home chapel. The committal of her earthly remains in Old Mill Cemetery will follow, with pastor Thelma Davis officiating.
Her precious smile and loving memory will always be cherished by her parents, Katherine Gooding and Mario Simmons; paternal grandparents, Yolanda Simmons and William Pulley; maternal grandmother, Emma Gooding; great-grandparents, Alice Gooding and Rosa Simmons; two uncles; two aunts; a host of cousins and friends; and loving hospice workers of Community Home Care and Hospice of Goldsboro.
Visitiation will be held today from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St. in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
