MOUNT OLIVE -- Irene Martin Hall, 90, of 121 Parker Road, died Thursday night at the Quinn/Carolina East Hospice Center in Kenansville.

Funeral services will be held at the chapel of Tyndall Funeral home today at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Doug Bartlett officiating. Immediately following the service, the family will receive friends. At other times, they will be at Mrs. Hall's residence and also at the home of M.D. and Martha Turner.

Committal and interment will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Hall Family Cemetery located by the residence.

Mrs. Hall is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Martha H. and M.D. Turner of Mount Olive; two sons, George Hall and special friend, Dorothy Bowden, of Mount Olive, and Harry Hall and wife, Rosie, of Kingsport, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Harry Hall Jr., Richard Duncan and Lori Hall; five great-grandchildren, Mattie Hall, John Maxfield, Shayla Maxfield, Blake Turner and Devin Turner; two sisters, Lessie "Deita" Price of Seven Springs and Joyce Sullivan of Mount Olive.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Carr Hall; her parents, Ira and Annie Viola Baker Martin; a son, Edward "Barney" Hall; a grandson, Ricky Turner, a brother, Louis Martin; and three sisters, Tempie Anderson, Margaret Oates, and Thelma Lambert.

Memorial donations may be made to Quinn Hospice Center in Kenansville, or to First Pentecostal Holiness Church Building Fund in Mount Olive.
