RICHLANDS -- Jennifer Marie Capps Hayes, 27, died Friday afternoon at her home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Baker's Chapel Church Cemetery, with the Revs. Joe Baker and Dennis Pollock officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
She was born in Johnston County to Cathy Culbreth Wallace of Hampstead and J.T. Capps.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Heath Hayes, and five children.
