Sharon Dowell Bragdon, 63, died Saturday evening at her residence surrounded by her family.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Richard Toler officiating.
She was born in Jacksonville, Fla., to the late Vernon and Mildred Pierce Dowell and was married to Larry Bragdon.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Bragdon is survived by a son, Richard Bragdon of Mount Olive; a daughter, Shelly Baker and husband, Eddie, of Seven Springs; two grandchildren, Sydney and Savanna Baker; two sisters, Janet Thomas and husband, Danny, and Linda Ward and husband, Wes, all of Jacksonville, Fla.; a niece, Jennifer Walker of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her mother-in-law, Marjorie Bragdon of Dudley.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Shumate-Faulk funeral home.
