Louise Gerald, 85, 721 Franklin St., died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Maranatha Seventh Day Adventist Church, 212 E. Oak St., with pastor Donnovan Washing-ton officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery in Dudley
A native of Kenansville, Mrs. Gerald was born to the late Johnny and Lula Miller Best.
She leaves precious memories for two daughters, her caregiver Mary Best of the home and Julia Mine of Elizabeth, N.J.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Berkeley Gerald.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St.
The family will receive friends at the home, where they will also assemble for the funeral procession.
