Pennie James, 89, 2201 Royall Ave., died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church in Seven Springs. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Two children survive.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. with the family present to receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at other times at 306 Pineland Drive, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
