Kendra Nyetta Smalls, 21, 905 A. Carver Drive, died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Her tender life will be remembered Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Goldsboro Raleigh Disciples Institute, 214 Hooks River Road.
Kendra's casket will be placed in an authentic 1892 Cunningham Horse Driven Hearse for the journey to her final resting place in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Among her survivors are her parents, Antoinette Michelle Howard and Kenneth Fullard.
Kendra's remains will lie in state for viewing Tuesday from 2 until 6 p.m. at Goldsboro Raleigh Disciples Institute, 214 Hooks River Road.
The family will receive friends at 706 W. Chestnut St., where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
