LAGRANGE -- Leonard Ray Carter, 50, Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Buchanan officiating. Inter-ment will follow at Westview Cemetery.
He was the son of the late Rose Evans Carter.
Leonard is survived by his wife, Ruth Wyckoff Carter; father and step-mother, Ransome and Ruthie Carter of Kinston; and two sons.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, and at other times they will be at the home.
Arrangements are with Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
