EUREKA -- Jerry Dale Mooring, 62, died Monday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at Mount Nelson Baptist Church in Eureka. The Rev. Clyde Johnson will officiate.
He was the husband of Judy Jackson Mooring.
The family will receive friends following the service on Thursday evening at the church and other times at 111 West Main Street in Eureka.
