SHERRIE D. DRIVER

PIKEVILLE -- Sherrie Deviney Driver, 37, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County on July 12, 1971, to the late Joseph and Linda Elmore Deviney. She was employed with Madison's Steak and Prime Rib in Goldsboro.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Ray Driver; her children, Aaron Driver and McKenzie Driver of the home; two sisters, Sabrina Price and husband, Ray, of Seven Springs and Michelle Deviney of Pikeville; one brother, Richard Deviney and wife, Tara, of Goldsboro; her in-laws, Dick and Linda Driver of Pikeville; a niece, Danielle Deviney and partner, Brandon Griffin, of Pikeville; nephews, Joseph and Kendall Price of Seven Springs, Tyler Deviney of Pikeville, and Daniel and Jordan Deviney of Goldsboro; a great-niece, Kailee Vaughan; and a great-nephew, Noah Vaughan.
In addition to her parents, Sherrie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Christine Bell.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Radford-Herring Cemetery, at the intersection of Nahunta and Radford Road. The family will receive friends following the service.
