DAVID L. WYNN

David Lucius Wynn, 56, 1900 E. Beech St., died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be held tonight at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro with the Rev. Sherman Guthrie officiating. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.

Mr. Wynn was born Sept. 11, 1950, in Gastonia to Hessie Parris Wynn of Whitter and the late Virgil A. Wynn.

He was a veteran of the Army and past employed with Merita Baking Co. in Raleigh and worked as a postman for the Lions Industry at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. He was a member of Beston United Methodist Church in LaGrange.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Gail Cole Wynn; one son, Tony D. Wynn of Goldsboro; and one brother, Bobby D. Wynn of Dudley.

The family will receive friends following the service this evening at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the residence.
