Died Sept. 29, 2006
Clovis Boykin Jr., 68, 11516 N.C. Highway 42, died Friday at Raleigh Community Hospital. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Coley Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Lloyd Hargis and Jonathan Pearce officiating. Entombment will follow in the Kenly cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Jeanette Boykin; daughter, Lisa Lee of Clayton; son, Will Boykin of Kenly; sister, Eloise Sutton; brothers, Frank Boykin, Jesse Boykin and Vernon Boykin; and one granddaughter, Peyton Lee.
The family received friends Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Coley Funeral Home.
