WARSAW -- Leron Pearsall Sr, 86, of 123 Daisy Miller Lane, died Thursday at Duplin General Hospital.
A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. from the Smith Chapel Baptist Church. The Rev. Herman Bell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sallie Pearsall of the home; two sons, Leon Pearsall Jr of Washington D.C., and Al Jordan of Franklinton; one daughter, Bobbie Jean Williams of Chesapeake, Va.; one brother, Elwood Pearsall of Magnolia; two sisters, Ruth Rich of Kenansville and Mable P. West of Willard; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Garris Funeral Home is serving the family.
