LAGRANGE -- Lena Hazel Pridgen, 83, of 102 LaGrange St., died Wednesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday at the Cornerstone United Holy Church in LaGrange. Dr. James Woodson of Greensboro will officiate. Burial will be held at the LaGrange Cemetery.
She is survived by four daughters, Eunice Smith of Elizabeth, N.J., and Elouise Pridgen, Lena J. Pridgen, and Linda G. Pridgen of the home; one son, Jerry Lee Pridgen of Elizabeth, N.J.; two sisters, Pearlie Daughtry of LaGrange, and Velma Reeves of Baltimore, Md.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held today from 2 until 8 p.m. The wake will be from 7 until 8 p.m. at Mills Funeral Home and Cemetery.
