KENLY -- Kennith G. Blackmon, 67, of 12502 Hwy. 42 E., died Sunday.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Coley Funeral Home. The Rev. Kevin Drake will officiate. Burial will be in Pittman Family Cemetery.
Mr. Blackmon is survived by his wife, Janice Fay Bass Blackmon; daughters, Judy Blackmon Jones of Princeton, Debbie Kay Bollinger of Clayton, Teresa Ann Blackmon of Fremont and Lilly Mae Blackmon of Clayton; stepdaughters, Lori Ann Hicks of Zebulon, Peggy Ball of New York, Karen Sansone, Sharon Sansone Grant, Melinda Sansone Medding and Leora Sansone of Delaware; stepsons, Wayne Sansone of Delaware, Thomas Ray Harris of Tennessee; one sister, Robena Justice of Pikeville; two brothers, Bobby G. Blackmon and Michael Ezra Blackmon of Kenly; and 28 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Coley Funeral Home.
