Lucille Taylor Warters, 83, of 2715 Hwy 70 West died Thursday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Dr. Don Sauls and Pastor Doug Radford will officiate. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Warters is survived by one son, Gerald Waters and wife, Sarah of Pine Level; one daughter, Carol Warters Daniels and husband, Lonza of Goldsboro; four grandchildren, Faith Radford and husband, Nelson, Bryan Daniels and wife, Debbie, Angie Barbour and husband, Craig, and Stephen Medlin and husband, Anthony; and eight great-grandchildren, Hope Radford and fiancé, Jacob, Andrew Radford, Hannah and Cameron Daniels, Harley and Haley Medlin, and Joel and Justin Barbour.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Warters and her parents, Lonnie and Pearl Chase Taylor.
The family will receive friends at the residence, 2715 Hwy 70 West in Goldsboro.
