MARIE RORRER
MOUNT OLIVE -- Marie Ann Clay Rorrer, 56, of 297 Zion Church Road, died Wednesday morning in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Mrs. Rorrer was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Ethel Wilmot Clay. She was employed as office manager with Bob Hines Trucking Company.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Rorrer; a son, Jeremy Rorrer of Washington; two daughters, Angie Whitfield and husband, John, of Clayton and Shanda Schroeder and husband, Patrick, of Mount Olive; four grandchildren, Cody Whitfield, Trey Whitfield, Kayley Whitfield, and Ashlyn Whitfield, all of Clayton; and a brother, Bert Clay of Canada.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 until 8 p.m.
