SHIRLEY A. WHITTAKER
Shirley Ann Whittaker, 64, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held privately.
Mrs. Whittaker was born on July 5, 1939, in West Virginia to Virginia Dora Gum and the late Russel Gum. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Goldsboro.
She is survived by her mother, Virginia Dora Gum of West Va.; one son, Ricky Gum of Belpre, Ohio; two daughters, Rhea Head and Becky Kelly of Goldsboro; one brother, Ronnie Gum of Fredericksburg, Va.; five grandchildren, Justin Gum, Benjamine Gum, Joshua Kelly, Jordan Kelly, and Jeremy Kelly.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
