CHESTER WIGGINS
Chester E. Wiggins, 88, died Monday at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
He was a native of the Red Hill community of Duplin County.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
