ESSIE THOMPSON
Essie Mae Thompson, 81, of 501 Whitfield Drive, died Sunday at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
The funeral will be held by the graveside on Thursday at 1 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Greenville. Dr. B.R. Anderson will conduct the service.
Mrs. Thompson is survived by three sons, Eddie Thompson, Ted Thompson and Kenneth Thompson of Goldsboro; one brother, Clifton Earl Thompson of Goldsboro; and three grandchildren.
Phillips Brothers Mortuary of Greenville is serving the family.
