Man injured by debris after gunfire hits car

A man suffered injuries when gunfire struck a car at the intersection of North Berkeley Boulevard and East New Hope Road Sunday night
He was not hit by any of the bullets, but the shots busted out the back window of the car he was in, causing him to sustain minor injuries when debris struck him.
There were two other people in the car with him who were not injured.
The victims told police they were turning off of East New Hope Road onto North Berkeley Boulevard when they heard gunshots.
The back window shattered, and the driver told police he turned around in the parking lot of 1818 N. Berkeley Blvd. and headed toward Tommys Road.
There are no suspects and no vehicle description listed on the police report filed Sunday night.
