Thefts
*Toby Dillard reported the theft of $1,500 of property from his home in the 100 block of Dear Track Place in Pikeville on Tuesday. The stolen items included two 32-inch TVs, a laptop and a PlayStation 3 console. Entry was gained after a ten-pound weight was thrown through a window. Windows of two cars on the property were also broken to gain entry. The incident took place Tuesday.
*Christopher Malpass reported a break-in at his home in the 2600 block of Pineview Cemetery Road that occurred Tuesday. Entry was gained by forcing open a rear door. The items stolen from the home include a 40-inch TV, a Wii game console, two iPods, a .22-caliber rifle, a muzzle loader rifle, a laptop computer and a DVD player. The total value of the stolen goods was reported at more than $2,200.
