PREP VOLLEYBALL: Goldsboro continues solid start

WARSAW -- Goldsboro continued its best start in program history with a 25-7, 25-10, 25-14 romp over East Central 2-A foe James Kenan inside Harmon Gym on Monday evening.
Hallie Brown knocked down nine kills for the Cougars, who rose to 7-2 overall this season and 2-1 against ECC opposition. Amber Pfennig added six kills.
Riley Howell doled out 20 assists.
