GIRLS' GOLF: Golden Falcons' Sauls shares medalist honors

KENLY -- Charles B. Aycock's Abby Sauls and North Johnston's Haley Narron shared medalist honors with identical nine-hole rounds of 43 on the Cardinal Country Club links Thursday afternoon.
Ironically, the Golden Falcons and Panthers each posted three-player totals of 142 in the multi-team portion of the meet.
Anna Williams complimented Sauls with a 49. Leah Campbell shot 50 and Savannah Strickland posted a 54.
Wayne Christian finished with a team score of 169. Laura Kim led the Eagles with a 55, followed by Grace Buddin (56), Brianna Verme (58), Annalise Fitzmorris (60) and Christina Jimenez (61).
