STORY: Raiders survive shootout with Bulldogs

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- Midway scored the game-winning touchdown in the final 60 seconds, and upended Princeton, 55-54, on Friday evening.
The Bulldogs seized a 54-48 lead on Earl Gibson Jr.'s 13-yard scamper with about 4 minutes regulation.
Midway drove the length of the field to secure its second victory of the season.
Gibson Jr. punched in four touchdowns and Matt Stallworth tallied three TDs for the Bulldogs, who exited with a 1-1 worksheet.
Stallworth's TD runs covered 85, 30 and 75 runs.
Gibson Jr. broke free for a 65-yard run roughly four minutes into the game. He returned a kickoff 60 yards to the house around the 3-minute mark before halftime.
He found the end zone from 58 yards out late in the third quarter.
The teams entered halftime tied at 27-27 and battled to a 48-48 draw after three quarters of action.
